Korean seafood pancake community lunch

Korean student Sin taught us how to make her version of the delicious Korean dish (with an egg dropped on top!).  Korean seafood pancake is actually pretty simple to make.  It involves chopping chives and mixed seafood before combining them with batter that contains half Korean pancake mix and half water.  It is served with a sauce that consists of a mix of soya sauce and white vinegar.

Super easy and super delicious!!!
