Sometimes, the best way to practice a language is to enjoy a beer or two or to have a nice meal while speaking to your classmates and teachers because it allows you to relax and have fun. CLC Montreal is fortunate to be located on Monkland street because it is filled with pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream shops, and quaint local stores. Even Montrealers are often surprised to discover how one small street can have so many heavenly shops in one place to hang out and indulge in your guiltiest food pleasures.
My mouth is watering just thinking about all the yummy food that surrounds our school. In fact, some of that food finds itself inside the CLC premises every now and then because the Premiere Moisson bakery downstairs donates some of their bread for us to share with our students and language tea time guests!
I wonder if it’s dinner time yet…
