The CLC community has been busy cooking these days. Perhaps now that we’ve all stretched our stomachs during the holidays, we need to eat more to fill them up! :p In any case, cooking is a great way to not only connect to culture but also to bond with the people around us, and that’s why we like to do it so much!
First up – Peruvian fried rice. Surprisingly, this looks and tastes a lot like Chinese or Japanese fried rice. Judging by the ingredients, can you tell the difference?
Next up – another intergenerational meal with Action Communiterre. This time, can you guess what they made (see picture below)?
