Pavlova

Kat, our English teacher from New Zealand, taught us how to make Pavlova this past week.

Pavlova is a really light and delicious cake made from egg white and sugar, like a soft meringue.

Apparently, it is very common to have this dessert during Christmas time, so I can’t wait till two months from now, when we MIGHT get the chance to taste this again!
