Corn Roast

This past Friday, we had a traditional Quebecois corn roast where we tried cooking corn in 2 different ways:  boiled & oven baked.  Boiled ones tend to be more tender, but with less corn taste whereas oven baked ones were crispier with more corn taste.  Please feel free to disagree. :p

In other news, we are heading to Typhoon Lounge on Monkland (corner Wilson) this Friday, 5 to 7pm for happy hour.  Everyone is invited to join us!
